Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CashFlow Pro (“the Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the financial data you enter into the Service (“Your Data”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use Your Data to train models, advertise, or sell to third parties.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful activity.
  • Do not attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service.
  • Do not interfere with other users’ use of the Service (including invited members).

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes
